    This practice consists of everything the body needs; Yin Yoga, Breath-work, Free Movement, Shaking, Primal Sounding, Mandala Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation & all to beautiful deeply connected soulful music that helps to assist you to feel through all of the elements on that journey. It is the first structured somatic trauma informed practice.
