Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions before participating in yoga classes.
1. Registration and Payments:
1.1 All participants must register for classes in advance.
1.2 Payment is due before the start of each class or as otherwise specified.
1.3 We accept direct debit, standing order, credit or debit cards.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1 Classes may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of Yoga Mali.
2.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations by participants less than 1 hour before the class.
2.3 Class bundles and courses are non-refundable.
3. Health and Safety:
3.1 Please inform our instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before class.
3.2Yoga Mali is not liable for any injuries that may occur during classes or on the studio premises.
4. Code of Conduct:
4.1 Respect for instructors and fellow participants is expected.
4.2 Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Studio Policies:
5.1 Mobile phones must be on silent mode during classes.
5.2 Please arrive on time; latecomers may not be admitted to class.
6. Memberships
6.1 Membership options are available and subject to separate terms (see below)
6.2 Membership benefits may change from time to time.
7. Studio Access:
7.1 Yoga Mali reserves the right to deny access to anyone violating these terms.
7.2 The studio may close for holidays or special events.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. By participating in classes or activities at Yoga Mali, participants acknowledge and understand that physical activities, including yoga, involve inherent risks of injury, illness, or damage to personal property.
8.2. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or property damage.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoga Mali shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with participation in classes or use of studio facilities.
8.4 Yoga Mali shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that occur on its premises or during classes.
8.5 Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Yoga Mali, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of their participation in classes or use of studio facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, claims made by third parties.
9. Intellectual Property:
9.1 All class content and materials are the intellectual property of Yoga Mali.
10. Amendments to Terms:
10.1 Yoga Mali reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions.
10.2 Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
11. Governing Law:
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
MEMBERSHIP & PRICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ANNUAL UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP
This membership is only valid for new customers, or people not on a current membership.
12 month contract
Activates + payment billed monthly from date of purchase
Automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Includes all classes (excluding workshops and courses).
Non refundable.
Non-transferable.
Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Cancel with 30 days notice.
Members may request a temporary freeze of up to 30 days due to illness, injury, or other valid reasons. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
5 guest passes per year.
10% off workshops
MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP
This membership is only valid for new customers, or people not on a current membership.
Rolling contract with 3 months minimum term.

DROP IN
Valid for 7 days after purchase date
No refunds will be issued for cancellations by participants less than 1 hour before the class.
GIFT CARDS
Please protect your Gift Card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.
The gift card will expire 12 months from purchase. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift cards or e-gift cards.
If you are using a Gift Card online and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired. However a Gift Card cannot be used for partial payment online.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
