Your days will be filled with beautiful yoga classes as well as meditation, breath work, sound healing and other educational workshops designed to deepen your practice and enrich your understanding of holistic wellness. When you're not on the mat, you can unwind in the refreshing salt water pool, Japanese Ofuro hot tub, sauna and our ice bath for those who practice hot/cold therapy.
You will also have the opportunity to explore the surrounding hiking and cycling trails and the pristine beaches of Costa Brava for a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea.
Enjoy delicious, nourishing vegetarian meals prepared with ingredients from the organic garden. Each meal is crafted with love and care, ensuring you leave feeling revitalised from the inside out.

Travel & Transfers: La Cura is located just 20 minutes from Girona Airport and 90 minutes from Barcelona Airport (taxis can be arranged on request).

Rooms & Prices
The property features nine luxurious, beautifully refurbished en-suite bedrooms. Half of the rooms can be shared, with the option to configure them as twin or double rooms.
Twin/Double En-Suite Room: £1,150 per person
Private Double En-Suite Room: £1,900
Yoga Māli members receive a 5% discount.
A non-refundable deposit of £350 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat. Payment plans are available.
Check-in is from 3.00PM on Wednesday 23rd July and check-out is at 1.00PM on Sunday 27th July.
